Police: Teen accused of robbing Lindenhurst 7-Eleven

Suffolk police say the 17-year-old girl walked into the convenience store on North Greene Avenue around 2:20 p.m. Thursday and demanded cash.

A teenage girl from Lindenhurst is accused of robbing a 7-Eleven in broad daylight.
Suffolk police say the 17-year-old girl walked into the convenience store on North Greene Avenue in Lindenhurst around 2:20 p.m. Thursday and demanded cash. Police say the teen then ran off.
Detectives arrested the young woman a short time later and charged her with robbery. 
Her name is not being released because of her age.
