The Paramus Police Department is seeking to identify the driver of a car who intentionally ran over several baby geese.

Authorities said the incident happened Tuesday around 3:20 p.m.in the area of 30 West Century Road. A witness told police that the car came to a complete stop, and the driver waited for the family of geese to be in front of the car before driving forward.

Paramus police described the vehicle as a silver, four-door sedan - possibly a Chevy Malibu or Acura TL. After running over the geese, the vehicle drove west toward Paramus Road, authorities said.
