Police recreated the scene of the fatal shooting of Reuben Martinez Monday, but remain tight lipped on the case.
Martinez was shot to death by Officer Richard Byrne as the officer was attempting to pull him over. According to police, Martinez was speeding and driving erratically.
Martinez died after being shot five times by Byrne.
Prosecutors say no details will be released until they have all the facts right in an effort to not taint the investigation.
?Prosecutor Bianchi feels strongly that he has a duty to share all the circumstances surrounding the death of Martinez,? says Capt. Jeffrey Paul of the Morris County Prosecutor?s Office.
