Police found a woman dead and handcuffed with a bag over her head in her Flatbush apartment Sunday afternoon, according to investigators.
Ketsia Zephir, 34, had been bound with her hands behind her back inside 635 E. 21st St., police say.
Investigators say they found no visible signs of trauma to Zephir's body or signs of a struggle in the room.
Neighbors say Zephir lived in a fourth-floor apartment with her parents and siblings for about 15 years. The only people in the apartment Monday were investigators trying to piece together what happened.
No one who spoke with News 12 said they know the family well.
