Paterson police officers praised for saving life of unresponsive baby

Officials say that Officer Grayson performed CPR while Officer Medina spoke with the family to keep them calm.

Two Paterson police officers are being hailed as heroes for saving the life of a baby.
Police officials say that someone flagged down Officers Grayson and Medina to tell them that the baby was unresponsive and not breathing.
Officials say that Officer Grayson performed CPR while Officer Medina spoke with the family to keep them calm.
The baby was revived and taken to St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
“We are extremely proud to have courageous officers like them who were at the right place at the right time,” officials wrote in a statement.
The baby is expected to make a full recovery, according to officials.
