There's a call for a federal investigation into TJ Maxx, as well as its sister outlets, for selling potentially dangerous recalled products after they were recalled.
The sister outlets include Marshalls and HomeGoods in New Jersey.
U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer, of New York, says the 19 affected products include pillows, toys and electronics that were recalled over the past five years.
Sen. Schumer now wants the US Consumer Product Safety Commission to investigate. He also wants consumers to be refunded.
Parent company TJX Companies says it's working to improve its recall process.
