New Jersey's candidates for governor began a hectic weekend of campaigning Saturday at separate events across the state.
Republican candidate Chris Christie rallied support among residents at the Rustic Mill Diner in Cranford. Christie also appeared with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani in Somerset County.
Meanwhile, Gov. Jon Corzine was with former U.S. Sen. Bill Bradley in Hamilton seeking support from labor unions and state workers. Corzine also appeared at a banquet in Edison.
Current polls show Corzine and Christie in a dead heat. Independent candidate Chris Daggett is polling in the teens.
