A new property about to hit the real estate market in Hoboken will be the state's largest and most expensive condominium.
The condo combines two units on the 22nd floor of the W-Hotel on River Street. The asking price is $6.6 million.
The condo also comes with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, three balconies and two valet parking spaces.
Real estate broker Kristin Ehrgott says the condo's uniqueness has generated a lot of interest.
"It is the first time that anything like this has been available in the state of New Jersey," she says.
The second most expensive condo is a three-bedroom in Jersey City listed for $3.5 million.
