? Mosholu Parkway South residents feel they?re being dumped on by the city and they believe adding more garbage bins will fix the problem.
Residents say the City Department of Parks and Recreation removed trash cans between Bainbridge and Marion avenues because people were dumping personal items. One garbage bin currently serves the area, which is near a park. Homeowners claim that has led to an increase in garbage on the ground.
Residents are calling on the department to make good on promises to keep the park area clean.
