A large fire has damaged a gas station in Elizabeth.
The multi-alarm fire near Bayway Circle was reported around 8:30 p.m. Friday at the BP Station.
There were reports of loud explosions and thick black smoke in the area.
It was not clear if anyone was hurt in the blaze.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
