More than 1,500 nurses from New Jersey's largest health union may go on strike.
Nurses say their need for personal protective equipment went unmet during the pandemic.
The nurses are from Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Southern Ocean Medical Center.
They say they want to negotiate their union contract to include standard pandemic planning and more PPE.
