The damp and drizzly weather is expected to stick around a little bit longer across New Jersey.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Dave Curren says it will break by Thursday, followed by drier and cooler weather.
OVERNIGHT: Overcast skies and rain drizzles. Foggy conditions are also expected. Overnight lows around 61 degrees.
WEDNESDAY: Foggy conditions expected in the morning. Mostly cloudy skies with some rain. Daytime highs warmer – around 72 degrees. Overnight lows cool to the low-60s.
THURSDAY: Mostly dry weather with a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures begin to cool, with daytime highs in the upper-60s. Overnight lows around 55.
FRIDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. Daytime highs cooler in the upper-50s. Overnight lows dip to the mid-40s.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny skies, but temperatures remain in the upper-50s. Overnight lows dip to the mid-40s.
SUNDAY: Increase in clouds. Temperatures in the low-60s. Overnight around 46 degrees.
HALLOWEEN: Curren says it is still a bit too far off to accurately predict the Halloween forecast. He says it should remain dry, but there is a possibility for some isolated light rain showers in some areas of the state. Stay tuned!
