A fire ripped through a two-family home in Bayonne Wednesday morning.
Fire officials say the eight people who lived inside the 26th Street home were able to escape unharmed.
Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the fire and prevented it from spreading to two adjacent homes.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
