The Diocese of Trenton is reopening its doors for private prayer as early as next week.
Bishop David O'Connell says Catholics have been eagerly anticipating the day for churches to reopen for prayer and worship.
All churches within the diocese have been issued instructions on how to follow public health guidelines.
This includes capping admittance to 10 people at any given time and keeping a face mask on.
