The New Jersey Department of Transportation has issued a commercial vehicle restriction until further notice on multiple Interstate highways in New Jersey.

The restriction impacts parts of I-78, I-80, I-95, I-280, I-287 and Route 440, and applies to tractor-trailers, passenger vehicles pulling trailers, recreational vehicles and motorcycles.

The restriction does not apply to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Atlantic City Expressway, I-76, or I-676.
