Local residents lined up Thursday outside a clinic at the Southern Regional Middle School in Manahawkin to receive the H1N1 vaccine.
Workers walked around registering people considered high priority, such as pregnant women, people 6 months to 24 years of age and caregivers to children younger than 6 months of age.
Only 1,500 doses of the vaccine were available.
