A federal judge today dismissed all charges against former Jersey City Assemblyman Lou Manzo. Manzo was one of 44 people arrested in a massive corruption sweep in July 2009.
Manzo was accused of accepting more than $20,000 from government informant Solomon Dwek, who posed a developer seeking favors.
