Chance of shower Thursday, turning mostly sunny; muggy conditions continue

Thursday will start off cloudy with a shower chance but turn mostly sunny in the afternoon. It will still be muggy as well.

NOW AND NEW: Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Steve Teeling says will be cloudy and somewhat muggy overnight with a chance of some scattered showers. Thursday will start off cloudy with a shower chance but turn mostly sunny in the afternoon. It will still be muggy as well.
NEXT: The heat and humidity will leave us late Thursday night into Friday. Friday through the weekend will be mostly sunny and cooler with really no humidity to speak of. Shower chances increase Monday through Wednesday.
OVERNIGHT: Mostly cloudy and muggy with scattered showers possible. Low of 70.
THURSDAY: Morning clouds with scattered showers, becoming mostly sunny and warm in the afternoon. Still humid. High of 83.
FRIDAY: Partly sunny, breezy and cooler and less humid. High of 81.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny and gorgeous. High of 79.
SUNDAY: Mostly sunny. High of 81.
MONDAY: Cloudy with some showers. High of 79.
