Nanic Aidasani, a nurse's aide, is accused of raping a 64-year-old woman in her nursing home bed back in February.
Members of the New York Hispanic Clergy organization comforted the victim's daughter Monday outside the Bronx Hall of Justice.
The family of the victim says they have been to court three times and that nothing has been done so far. They say they just want the case to be heard.
The case has been rescheduled for Aug. 8.
