New Jersey State Police have upped the charges for a man accused of beating a Bronx teacher after Sunday's New York Jets game.
According to authorities, James Mohr, a gym teacher at the Bronx Guild Vocational High School, got into a scuffle with 35-year-old Merle Lee, of Newton. They say it happened in the parking lot after the game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Lee has been charged with aggravated assault and is free on bond. Mohr is in fair condition and recovering.
