Police have confirmed that the bodies of two missing New Brunswick boys were found today in the Raritan River.
Family members have identified the bodies of Francisco Perera, 10, and Devine Nicholas, 11. According to Perera's mother, the two boys were on their way to play at a nearby park Sunday afternoon.
The boys were reported missing last night.
Perera?s body was discovered by a man crossing the Albany Street Bridge who got the attention of a local fisherman who called police. Hours later, authorities were searching with a helicopter and by boat until they discovered Nicholas? body in the late afternoon.
Forthcoming autopsies will determine how and when the boys died.
