Police have shot and killed a man during a domestic disturbance call in Morris County, according to the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.
Officials say that the shooting happened just before 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on Fairchild Avenue in Morris Township.
The attorney general did not release many details about the shooting, but says that one man was killed. His name and age were not released.
The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office is investigating the shooting, as is required by law whenever a member of law enforcement is involved in a deadly encounter.
