An elderly man is dead after police say he fell from a window in Morrisania.
According to the NYPD, 78-year-old Clarence Riley Jr. was found in the courtyard of the Davidson Houses at around 4 a.m.
They say Riley apparently fell from his third-floor apartment on Home Street and Prospect Avenue.
Police have not yet determined whether foul play was involved.
