Investigators announced a $50,000 reward Monday for information leading to the arrest of whoever is responsible for two cold-case killings in Norwalk.
Police found the bodies of Rickita Smalls, 22, and Iroquois Alston, 27, dead in a car on Avenue B. They had both been shot.
The victims' family members joined police and the state's attorney to appeal for help solving the double homicide.
"I'm begging that anyone who has information on the killing of our kids to please call in," said April Barron, Alston's mother.
Police recently made arrests in two other cold cases, and they say they're hoping to continue the streak.
As time goes on, relationships change and someone might come forward, according to authorities.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Norwalk Police Department Detective Bureau at (203) 854-3111 or the Connecticut Cold Case Hotline at (866) 623-8058.
