The shooting on July 10 happened on the 100 block of River Street. Monmouth County prosecutors say Mikal Muhammad, of Red Bank, died at the scene while another man was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
The other victim, who has not been identified, was treated and released from the hospital, according to prosecutors.
