Two Trenton police officers have been charged in the assault of a man they were arresting.
The charges against Officers Drew Inman and Anthony Villanueva stem from a traffic stop incident two years ago.
Authorities say the driver tried to run, but was surrounded by police.
Villanueva allegedly punched the man in the face. Inman is accused of tackling him. Officials say the pair then filed a false police report to cover it up.
