Two teens from Old Bridge are back home after finding themselves in Georgia as fighting escalated between Russian and Georgian forces.Guram and Torjhva Mandzulashvili were in the country visiting their father. The brothers admitted they were frightened as a bomb hit close to their father's home in the capital of Tbilisi. The teens say they received help from the American Embassy and took a bus to Armenia. The boys' stepfather called every Armenian he knew in the United States until he found someone who had a sister in Armenia that cared for the brothers. It was the first visit to Georgia for the boys since leaving the country four years ago. Their mother says from now on, their father will need to meet them somewhere else since the region is too unstable. There are two other children from New Jersey still in Georgia. Joseph and Teah Evans, of Howell, say their daughters are staying put for now since they are not near the fighting and isolated from an escape route to Armenia.
