150,000 lounge chairs recalled over amputation, laceration hazard; chairs could collapse unexpectedly

Dollar General is recalling more than 150,000 lounge chairs over reports they could collapse unexpectedly, posing an amputation, laceration and pinching hazard if a finger gets caught in the metal folding joints.

Dollar General is recalling more than 150,000 lounge chairs over reports they could collapse unexpectedly, posing an amputation, laceration and pinching hazard if a finger gets caught in the metal folding joints.
There are reports of three people getting injured when the chair collapses, resulting in amputations or lacerations to fingers from the metal folding joints.
The chairs were sold two years ago in stores. They have white frames with solid blue or solid green fabric.
Consumers should immediately stop using the loungers, and Contact Dollar General for a full refund.
