Tina Manus, 42,
pleaded guilty to trying to help Bradley illegally receive public campaign
financing in 2018. No sentencing date has been set.
Manus is expected
to be a key witness against Bradley and his former campaign treasurer Jessica
Martinez. They go to trial in December.
