7th annual Hackettstown Halloween costume parade, contest to be virtual this year

The 7th annual
Hackettstown Halloween costume parade is going virtual this year due to the
coronavirus pandemic.
People are still encouraged to
submit photos of their pets and children all dressed up. The photos will then
be arranged into a virtual parade and posted Oct. 31 on the police department's
social media pages.
There will also be a prize
given out for the best costume for each of these groups:
Infant to 3 years old, 4 years old to 6 years old, 7 years old to 10 years old, and best pet costume.
First name and age of those
featured in the photo, residing town,
phone number, and full name of a legal parent or
guardian.
No late submissions will be
accepted. Anyone with questions is asked to contact Sgt. Darren Tynan at
