STORM WATCH: Thunderstorms possible Thursday, flash flood watch issued for Bronx, Brooklyn
A flash flood watch has been issued for the Bronx and Brooklyn from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. for downpours capable of producing scattered flash floods in New York City.
News 12 meteorologists say flooding is possible from Thursday's rain. Isolated tornadoes, especially west of the city, cannot be ruled out.
