Mostly sunny weekend ahead with some chance for rain showers
New Jersey residents will see a mostly beautiful weekend with seasonable temperatures in the 70s. But News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that there will be some chance for passing rain showers as well.
Friday’s overnight hours will see mostly clear skies with temperatures dipping from the 70s into the 50s.
Curren says that Saturday looks to have amazing weather, with the chances for rain dropping considerably. Mostly sunny skies are expected with temperatures in the mid-70s. But he says that there are some slight chances for rain by the afternoon. Overnight lows will be in the low-50s.
Sunday has a better chance for late-afternoon showers. Sunday will see a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures again in the mid-70s. Overnight lows will be around 52 degrees.
Monday will see mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the upper-60s. Overnight lows will dip into the low-50s.
Curren says that clear skies and mild temperatures are expected to last through most of the upcoming week.
