The village of Monroe is instituting some new parking regulations.
The police department posted on their Facebook page saying village officials have passed a new law banning commercial vehicles from parking in residential areas.
This includes trucks, buses, vans and taxis.
They say violators will pay a $100 fine and could also be towed.
If you have any questions as to where you can park, it's best to call village hall and double check to avoid the fines.
