Showers stay before clearing out later, dry weekend ahead
Rain will continue across the Hudson Valley through the early morning before clearing out by the afternoon.
Highs Friday will be in the low- to mid-70s with sun coming in for later today.
The weekend also looks dry with temperatures in the 70s.

Today: Cloudy with showers this morning, ending by midday. Increasing amounts of sun this afternoon from west to east. Highs 70-74.
Tonight: Clear and cool. Lows 55 to 60.
Saturday: Sun in the morning giving way to some clouds in the afternoon. Highs near 75.
Sunday: Mainly sunny. Highs near 72.
Looking ahead: Dry with early fall-like temperatures through the end of the week. A few showers possible Friday into Saturday.
