Temperatures will be back in the 90s on Sunday in Connecticut, according to Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Michele Powers.
Heat advisories are in place for the state until 6 p.m.
Powers says a cold front will arrive in the evening, bringing the possibility for strong-to-severe storms. The main threats would be hail and wind.
Temperatures are expected to cool off during the week and remain quite dry.
