Dense fog, patchy drizzle roll in overnight; clouds clear by Saturday afternoon

Clouds will roll back in overnight, bringing patchy drizzle and some dense fog, especially out over Long Island Sound.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Steve Teeling says morning fog and clouds will give way Saturday to some sun in the afternoon. It will be warm and muggy.
Teeling says Monday looks like a front will approach the area and kick up some scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially toward evening. It will be breezy and cooler and more pleasant mid-week.
