STORM WATCH: Slippery morning commute on Thursday

Prepare for a slippery, morning commute on Thursday.
A winter weather advisory is in effect for southern Westchester County.
Two to three inches of snow is possible before and during the Thursday morning commute. Most storm totals will likely be between 1 to 3 inches, but some lower Hudson Valley could have isolated spots 2 to 3 inches.
Snow showers will end before 12 p.m. There will be sun and clouds, but it will be cold for the rest of the day as temperatures fall into the 20s. Icy spots are likely.
A bitter blast is expected on Friday.  There will be a mix of sun and clouds, with highs around 22 degrees.
A storm looks to stay offshore at this point on Saturday, but it's too close for comfort and worth watching. Highs around 26 degrees.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny. Stray snow shower possible. Highs around 33. Lows around 18.
