A Gloucester County man is facing charges related to the death of his infant son.

The county prosecutor says that Douglas Morgan, of Woodbury, admitted to dropping his son and then not seeking medical care.

An autopsy ruled the baby’s death as a homicide.

Morgan was charged with manslaughter.
