Popular Nyack bar allowed to serve liquor again
A popular Nyack bar is back serving drinks after a state Supreme Court judge temporarily blocked the suspension of its liquor license.
The Pour House had its license suspended last week for allegedly serving alcohol to minors. The Main Street bar was slapped with 15 violations for allegedly selling alcohol to minors and failing to report a bar fight.
Workers at the Pour House say the bar has been open since Monday.
Managers of the Pour House say a hearing is scheduled for Friday to determine whether the bar can continue serving drinks.
