The Putnam County Sheriff's Office has identified a Mahopac man arrested on child porn charges.

They say Robert Langley III, 36, is facing charges for obscene sexual performance by a child.

His name was left out of the original news release from police. Langley is the son of a former Putnam County sheriff.

The sheriff's office says photos and videos of child sex abuse were being shared online.
