The Hornblower Group has opened a maintenance shop in Bridgeport Boatworks, a new development area of Bridgeport Harbor.

The transportation company currently runs NYC Ferry, Statue Cruises and other operations across North America and the United Kingdom.

Hornblower will use the shipyard facility to do maintenance on its vessel fleet.

The new development is slated to bring up to 100 new jobs to Bridgeport.
