New Jersey Transit says the signal system at the Portal Bridge has been repaired and trains are back to a normal schedule. 

Signal issues caused heavy delays and cancellations to and from New York City since Thursday. 

Trains are now operating on or close to schedule and regular weekday service will continue Monday.
