Police say they arrested a man from Atlantic City after he knocked a woman unconscious.

The vicious attack was caught on cellphone video.

It shows Iben Hunter waving his arms and yelling before hitting a woman in the face.

Officials say Hunter was taken into custody Monday morning after the video was posted online.

They say the attack happened Saturday at Brown's Park.

The victim remains in critical condition.
