New Jersey filmmaker Kevin Smith is bringing “Mooby’s” to the Garden State.

Mooby’s is the fictional hamburger restaurant seen in Smith’s films like “Clerks” and “Dogma.” A pop-up location will be coming to Red Bank and will tentatively open in mid-September.

Smith, who is a Highlands native, posted the news on Instagram on Monday.

Mooby’s will offer both vegan and non-vegan food.

A Mooby’s pop-up restaurant was recently set up in Los Angeles.
