Jersey Proud: Toms River school principal duct taped to wall for charity

The principal of East Dover Elementary School in Toms River was stuck to the wall with duct tape as part of a fundraiser.
Each strip cost $1. The money was used to pay for vests for Toms River police officers.
The community raised $1,500.
