A supersized "Elf on the Shelf" is popping up across some communities in New Jersey.

As of Thursday, a giant 12-foot elf was sitting on the roof of a building in downtown Red Bank.

Over the last few years, Saxum Real Estate has been playing "Elf on the Shelf" at their offices around the Garden State.

In past years, residents have seen the Elf on the Shelf" in Montclair and New Brunswick.
