A Camden mom rented a billboard on Route 130 to celebrate her daughter Kristen Smalls becoming a doctor.

The billboard reads, “Look what good came out of Camden.”

Smalls just graduated from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Her accomplishments are now up for thousands of drivers to see.
