Sunday's heavy rainfall has led to flooding in parts of New Jersey.
In Cranbury, the Petty Road Bridge was washed out when the Cedar Brook swelled, leading authorities to close Petty Road.
Monmouth Boulevard in Oceanport also saw high water.
Drains in Long Branch tried to keep up with the water pouring into the roads. Takanassee Lake sent water into the street at Overlook and Hoey avenues. There was also flooding on North Lake Drive.
Howell police had to shut down roads because of flooding, including Fairfield Road, Howell Road, and parts of Route 33.
The National Weather Service reported that East Windsor in Mercer County received 6 inches of rain in just 12 hours.
