The American Dream mega mall in East Rutherford is set to reopen Thursday, including some businesses for the first time.

New stores such as H&M, Primark, and ZARA will all debut.

The Nickelodeon Universe theme park, a black-light miniature golf course, and three-story candy store will also all open.

Some stores do say, though, they won't open until next year.

Face coverings are required, and there will be reduced capacity and social distancing measures.
