It is starting to feel like spring in New Jersey as temperatures rise.
Monday brought temperatures in the low to mid-50s for most of the state. A few places even saw 60 degrees for a high temperature.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says overnight temperatures are expected to cool down considerably. Snow that melted during the day could freeze over as temperatures are expected to get down to the low 30s, Curren says.
Rain is expected to develop in the late overnight hours into Tuesday. The rest of the week should stay mild.
